When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Pure Drop provides water delivery services throughout the United Kingdom. We offer a variety of water products, delivery schedules, and equipment rental options as described on our website. Our services include:
Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or by email. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Pure Drop. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or problems identified by our fraud and credit departments.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your premises for our delivery personnel. Regular deliveries will be scheduled according to the service plan you select. We will endeavour to deliver within the specified timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Some delivery areas may have minimum order requirements. These will be specified during the ordering process.
If we are unable to complete a delivery due to inaccessibility or absence, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee. We will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery.
All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will not change the price of a confirmed order.
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or during the checkout process. For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
For subscription services, if payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until payment is made. Late payment fees may apply.
Subscription plans automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service.
You may modify your subscription plan (frequency, quantity, type of water) at any time through your account or by contacting customer service. Changes will take effect from your next scheduled delivery or billing cycle.
To cancel a subscription, please notify us at least 7 business days before your next scheduled delivery. If equipment has been provided as part of your subscription, it must be returned in good condition within 14 days of cancellation to avoid equipment fees.
Water coolers, dispensers, and other equipment provided on a rental basis remain the property of Pure Drop and must be returned in good working condition upon termination of the service.
We will provide maintenance for rented equipment as outlined in your service plan. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs will be charged for lost or severely damaged equipment.
You agree to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and following the provided instructions. Any misuse or unauthorized repairs may void maintenance coverage and result in additional charges.
We require a deposit for each large (19L) water bottle provided. This deposit will be refunded when bottles are returned in good condition. Damaged or unreturned bottles will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We guarantee the quality of our water products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure Drop and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
